Like the guillotine RaiUno, often the words are so hidden. But they connect.
If you say you do not want a multicultural society, you say something serious. All of Europe is multicultural. Only we in Italy do not realize the wealth of diversity. I can not think believing that the solution of the future are different places on the tram in Milan. Because a portfolio can steal me the Milan side. I do not agree to think of a society that is multiracial. I have to laugh (not cry) when I hear these words, because:
1) In Europe live diversity. Who is been to London can understand. But even in the whole Northern Europe. And so on.
2) Racism comes creeping. Last episode this morning in the streets of Valmadrera. Middle-aged gentleman, quiet, and I quote in dialect: "A Well there Valmadrera violter GHE my prublemi of gros ... okay, a little gir in ghe 'de Negher ..." (Trans. A Valmadrera went well-you 's current list of most-there are no major problems ... okay, there are around a bit' of blacks ...). The mistrust, prejudice and ignorance crawl.
3) SB dispelling the controversy, saying, che la Sinistra ha costruito la solita scena per attaccare il presidente del consiglio, che gode del 75% della fiducia degli italiani (ormai se 3 su 4 si fidano di lui, devo fare attenzione in famiglia...siamo in 4...), senza entrare nel merito delle frasi pronunciate. NON volere una società multietnica è GRAVE. E' una frase PESANTE. Ma fra Amici, GF e Fattorie varie, purtroppo temo che passi solo come l'ennesima dimostrazione d potenza di SB, tra virilità e simpatia.
Non voglio vivere in una provincia che pensa alla multiculturalità come un pericolo da cui guardarsi.
